OT-how do you remove WinPC from your computer?

sorry to be posting this here n this forum>>but there is no longer a computer tech forum.Ive been trying for days to remove this from popping up on my computer every 30 seconds but have been unable to remove it. Can anyone out there help this comp. dummy and tell me how to get rid of it?thank you.

If you know about when you got it and it wasn't too long ago you can use
system restore and that should work and it's very easy...

Go to start menu, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore and then choose the day to restore to.

Using system restore does not remove the infected files.They're still on your computer. You have to remove the infected files.

Use malwarebytes before you try anything else. There's little it can't handle, and it's free.
