Mid to high $2 range for 89 octane here in bama. As ambivalent as I generally am about gas prices, I did get a shock recently when I filled up my motorcycle and spent $10.00 It was on fumes and I do use premium in the bike, but it's the first time I ever spent that much on a tank of gas for a bike. Crazy but worth every dime, still cheaper than bottled water by a long shot and much more useful.

3.63 per gallon in CT. Any money we are saving with the mild winter in home heating is going right out the tailpipe.

Not exactlyyyyyyyyyyyy....during the period talked about above 07...gas spiked at about 4.10 in August...By Nov 08 it was $1.60. When the man-child took offense...i mean office it was $2.20...it went straight up to $3.90 during his 1st 18 months and now just during the winter it has dropped to the levels we have now. Since we now know the Chinese and India are willing to #1..pay more for it, #2 go out of their way to get, #3 could give a fuck less about this stupid "green" money grab by the Elites and their Corporations, it is already predicted that even if oil prices stay the same it will be $5.00 easily this summer. Start some shit with Iran or let the Chinese dictate who will be the next President and we could easily see $6/7 gas by September.....

"They"(whoever they is) has been predicting $5 a gallon for gas the last 3 years but I haven't seen it yet. And YES, its exactly the price it was 5 years ago. I don't really care about its ups and downs. Where have you been? Gas prices have been going up and down for the last 40 years!!!The fact is they are the same now as they were 5 years ago. EXACTLY the same
