hey doug, should i ask my supervisor for the 2 sick days off. i only have 4 more days then im out. or should i call in sick. for what its worth, i have to call my supervisor if im calling in sick.

just call in sick, don't ask !

Be normal about it... if you were still a viable employee, you wouldn't ask if you could call in sick ( if you were sick), you'd just do it.

This thread demonstrates the classic reason jobs are leaving the U.S> no one wants to work. Americans cannot compete anymore because no one has that 'do the best job I can' mentality.

I remember a teacher whom took the entire second semester off before he quit, because he had that many sick/personal days built up.
