Avoid Carnival like the plague! They alow people to finance their cruises. Food sucks, people are ignorants fucks.. I did have a good time playing 5-10 limit, there were plenty of fish. I believe the front of the ship we felt alot of motion, that was where they had the casino set up; not good. I would love to do another, won't be Carnival, probably Royal Carribean.

Have a great cruise Betallsports, from the sound of it you would have a good time on a 15 foot raft :toast:

Thanks #1.....Yeah Never did the Carnival thing because I heard it's mostly Teens,etc....Celebrity,Princess or Royal for me...:103631605

I would do a 15 foot Raft...ONLY if you can fit a Hot Tub, a Good Caribbean Band and a Shitload of Pina Coladas !:drink:

Leaving for a seven day Mexican Riviera cruise on Sunday. Going Royal Caribbean. Need tips on the best way to smuggle booze on board as I have been a victim of the large bar tab on a cruise before.

Ok, But you can't go Crazy !! If you are going with , let's say Two people
each need somekind of Backpack....( this is when you are at Stops )
a Large Towel......when you go to these Duty Free Places you each buy One Bottle..Wrap it in the Towel..put it in your Backpack....because everytime you go Off the ship they scan you and everytime when you go back on the ship they do the same thing...in Most cases they don't care...

Now for BEFORE the Cruise......Pack a couple of bottles in your suitcases
when you check in, they take your suitcases and bring them to your rooms "LATER" so when you get them....OPEN BAR !!
Hope this help you

I'm not a frequent traveler by any means.. don't bring it on your on-board luggage.
I dont know if it varies by airports, domestic, international whatever flights but the liquid in the bottles thing

But just be careful before you fly to know the rules that apply here with the 3oz liquid shit before you go.. I think it's carry on only but IDK for sure never pack for more then two days

 They are talking cruises, not airplanes.

(But yes, it's become a total pain in the ass to bring a f'ing bottle of water on plane)

I'm very interested in a cruise.....

...my gf gets sea sick.....how stable are these huge ships?

If she gets sea sick she needs to take something regardless. I was in the Marines and I spent plenty of time aboard Navy ships. It doesn't matter what size ship you're on, if the seas get rough you will feel it. Even a ship the size of an aircraft carrier is no match for rough seas. Think about the size of the ocean compared to the boat. I've seen sailors who had been in the Navy 10-20 years get sick.

That being said, I'm sure the cruise ships try and avoid the rough stuff. Wouldn't be good for business if they got passengers sick. You also have to remember that the Navy ships are crossing entire oceans.

I know, I just meant if they take a plane to Ft Lauderdale, Miami etc. get a taxi to the dock and then board the cruise..

Have fun man. The closest I've ever gotten to a cruise was the TOW party gambling boat we sailed on outside Miami for a few hours. Worst sunburn of my life. Ouch.

Most recent cruise was last November to Mexican Riviera.

For my 14th cruise I'm thinking about Scandinavia in August for 10 days after visiting family in Europe.

Little late to the party but I'm doing the Disney Cruise with the wife, and 3 kids (6,4,2).

It's in July and they do NOT give away anything with the Disney stamp on it. $$$
