OT - cant view images in GMAIL since upgrading to IE 8.0

not sure if its because I upgraded to IE 8.0 but now when I log into GMAIL and if I click to view on an HTML email I do not see the pics.

I have selected 'Always view images from this sender' as Gmail asks you to do, so there is something else blocking the images.

I have two GMAIL email addresses and I logged into both and the problem is happening on both, not sure where to check?

any advice?

switched to firefox recently and regret not doing it years ago

switched to firefox about 18 months ago and have never looked back

And in my 10+ years on the WWW, I've been a pretty stubborn stickler with "not" switching programs. But glad I did this one.

actually figured it out, IE was asking me a question every tinme I logged into Gmail about being unable to verify secuiryt of imagies, Iw as quicly clicking YES, but I needed to be clicking NO.
