OT: Blackberry Bold

I'm thinking of buying one. I'd love some opinions from those who own one. Is it that much better than the Curve? What do you like, dislike?

I have a curve and love it, brother just got a bold. From using it the main difference is the speed, it is lightning quick, and definitely looks sleeker than the curve.

Other than that the differences aren't too overwhelming, the Curve is still a great phone and a good deal right now.

I won't front, I don't own a blackberry (FWIW, I have played with one.).

But the STORM looks absolutely amazing. Textile feedback from a touch screen?! It's a technological breakthrough.

I heard the qauntitys of these are pretty limited right now though. People were lining up to buy this at many stores on relase. A lot of folks towards the back of the line went home dissapointed.

My Samsung Instinct has been out for a while and it has tactile feedback. Either way, very neat feature.

I will go out of my way to avoid trying the Storm, 'cause I know it'll make me wanna get rid of the Instinct. The software sucks on it.

Will be getting the Blackberry Storm in about Two weeks.

I heard it will give the Iphone a run for it's money.

I watched Rick A. use his iphone at the last RX bash for a little bit and I have to admit, I was just amazed by how fast and seemlessly he could do everything.

It's definatly a nice gadget, going to be hard to top.

Only bad thing I heard is that G3 network eats the battery quick.

I have an Iphone for AT&T, but need one for Verizon. Was told I can get the Iphone to work with Verizon, but rather have this one.

Maybe I will wait a bit, because they always say they make a Better phone the 2nd time around. To get out the Kinks.
Maybe after Dec. ??

Looking like iphone going to continue being king.

I want an all in one device like this, but I am trying my best to avoid Apple products. I might just have to give in.

I was into just PC stuff, windows, was really proficient too... made the change to Apple and have way less issues with Apple products
