The Bubba the Love Sponge(R) Show airs Monday through Thursday from <chron>3:00 pm to 7:00 pm ET</chron>, and Fridays from <chron>10:00 am- 2:00 pm ET</chron> on Howard 101. The Bubba the Love Sponge Show is available on SIRIUS channel Howard 101 and on XM channel Howard 101 with "The Best of SIRIUS" package.
