Well I use to be a Big Junk eater...Cookies,Cake, Chips, Pizza..Pizza..Pizza
Did I say I eat Pizza..LOL
But this is what I do each day....
Mornings.....................
2 cups of Coffee... with Fat Free Half & Half 2 Splenda
Bowl of Special K with Berries 2% milk
Afternoons.....................
Cup of Coffee..( same way as above )
If I Eat something....Sandwich ??
Ham & Swiss w Mustard
2 slices of Either Healthy Choice Whole Wheat Bread
Dinner...................................
2 Boneless Pork Chops ( center Cut ) * Less Fat
or
2 small Chicken Broiled with Bulls Eye BQ sauce !! ( same with the Pork )
Salad.....with either Low fat or No Fat dressing
( If you Like Honey Mustard dressing ???? ) Best is Paul Newman's Lite !
Snacks......................
Apples, Pears, Carrots.......And Orville Redenbacher's " Smart Pop " 94% Fat Free Butter Popcorn !! ( Whole Bag only 115 Calories )
There are Fat Free Puddings Too !!
