City of milwaukee is 40% black and 40% white. The blacks i know are very racist, some of the whites are too, but black on white hate crime is exponentially higher than white on black.

Sad what has happened to milwaukee. Me and the family left summerfest early because of some of the recent trouble at night, they had to move greek fest because of all the violence, northridge closed, silver spring amusement center closed, golf tournament left, etc etc etc. and those things didn't happen because of all the whites on the north side of milwaukee lol. I know that sounds racist to some, it's just a sad fact that most black men in milwaukee don't work and don't live with their children. So what kind of families/morals/behavior should you expect...
read history. you whites were the reason for the 67 riots when you guys gunned down an 18 year old black kid for no reason.
in 2013, it is economics. i have interesting stats on a 2005 study showing how racist these white employers in milwaukee are. when you have nothing to do, you riot, like you see in europe and egypt right now.
i will get into that study tomorrow if this thread is still relevant.
I am a white employer in milwaukee, i'm not racist, believe me, more than half of the working age black males here are unemployed because they are lazy and/or unskilled and/or unmotivated to work because they have a roof over their head, enough to eat, cell phone, etc whether they work or not.
yeah, but you profile blacks when you interview them. the 2005 study i referred to was a test that was conducted with white and black applicants. both applied for the same type of jobs with the same resume, the white put down he was a felon, the black put down that he was a college graduate, and had no criminal record.
guess who got more call backs? the white felon.
what does that say about the white employers state of mind?
thats why no educated blacks stay in milwaukee, they go to minneapolis/chicago/atlanta.
a black applicant interviewing with you already has one hand tied his behind back if your going in with that racial mentality.
I'm in a white family, blacks just don't belong in it. simple as that....personally, I'm not going to take a black kid to the park, the zoo, ball park, ice cream shop.etc.. black people have there own families to raise and do those things.....black people have as many rights as white people and are free to do anything they will themselves to do, no problem from me.. Doesn't stop me from associating with black people , or be friends with some or in business with others.. But does the world and fools like yourself have to be that PC to where we have to accept them in our families.. If you want to accept black people in your family be my guest.. go for it..
