As an OSU fan, I can tell you TP needs at least 13 for the Bucks to win. However, there have been numerous games where he hasn't even thrown 13 passes.

Yes, but you don't know Tressel, he is a little bitch and will pack it in.

However, I think this is a good bet. I expect to see a lot of play action on 1st down to soften up the D.

+money on 13 completion is a good bet, win or lose.

That is incorrect. They didn't open up the offense as they knew most games they could win without throwing the ball much.

Texas will try and stop the run, so either TP will have to throw. Many OSU insiders have been saying, they think this is going to be his coming out party (in terms of throw the ball).

Also, UT has one of the worst Pass Ds around.

Again, I would make the play. I believe certain plays, depeding on value and number are good bets, regardless if they win or lose.

The first example that comes to my mind is when Clemson played at Puerto Rico Mayaguara (Sp), they put a total of 96 in the 2nd H. I Played the under and the game only hit like 78 or 79, but even if I got beat, they would have scored 100-105 points, would have just barely covered.
