OSGA Founder Dead at 41 The owner of popular sportsbook information portal and the original "watchdog" site, OSGA (Off Shore Gaming Association), Rich Moss, was found dead in his Philadelphia home this morning. He was only 41. The cause of death is unknown. He is survived by his wife and two young children. A service will be held this week for him
