That's because it was originally being played in Chi-town. So they'll be the home team for the game they are finishing up even though they're in Baltimore.

both games are being played in baltimore. the first game, the continuation game, will have the white sox as the home team (they'll get last wraps). then they'll play game 2 as regularly scheduled.

The game was in Chicago before it was suspended. It will be finished in Baltimore but the Chi Sox will still be considered the home team and bat last to finish the game.

That's the way they found was most logical to do this. This is their last series together for this season so it wouldn't make sense to have the O's make a seperate trip to Chicago to finish a suspended game. They will be in Camden Yards, but Whitesox will bat in the bottom frames as if they were playing at home.
