orlando should be up 2-1 in the series. all the people who know the rules all know that there was a basket interference by gasol on lee's last shot, but the ref never say called it.

People who know the rules also know that Howard's block on Gasol's dunk earlier in the game should have been called goal tending because Dwight stuck his hand through the rim to get the block.

yeah, but don't think it affects the outcome of the game because it was so early in the game

It is 2 points for the Lakers. Even if they call goal tending on Gasol, it goes into overtime and the Magic lose.

Nobody hates the Lakers more than me, and I had Orlando m/l +260 in that game, having said that, the rule says it's not BI if Gasol's actions did not alter the shot or the shots path, and it looked like it didn't.

Magic will even things up in game 4.

even Phil Jackson came out and said that last play should have been goaltending on Gasol.

Dude, unless u wanna argue the magic is the better team here they SHOULD not be up 2-1.

Your ignorant hate for the lakers blind your intellectual thought.

plus if you know ANYTHING about basketball and the lakers... if the magic way game 2.. lakers play different in game 3

Additionally, using your brain, chaos theory + consequentialism leaves your nonsensical ramblings moot.

what you know bout basketball. bet you one of those peeps who thought it was gonna be lebron and kobe and who thought the lakers would sweep the series becuase of the blowout in game one. if the lakers are that good why are they getting points? shouldn't they be giving? on paper the lakers got the talent, but orlando matches up better. this series is way better than what everyone else wanted. kobe vs lebron. lakers would sweep cause cavs don't match up with the lakers and the magic do. telling you just get kobe frustrated and he is done. best player on the team ain't kobe it's odom

"If's" and "shoulds" make no difference. I tried that at the betting window, it didnt work.

"This ticket should be a winner"

he touched the rim, yeah, but it was nowhere near affecting the shot that lee took. had he not touched the rim, the ball still wouldn't have went in because it was hit too hard off the class. this argument is stupid.

Stop it already. Orlando shouldn't be winning this series at all. If anything, the Lakers should be up 3-0 with no doubt. They just took Orlando's best shot last night and all they could do is eek out a 4 point win. Van Gundy is still at it with changing the line ups to see what works. Is Jameer in or out? is it Howard w or w/o Gortat? Redick playing musical chairs, etc.

How does any team go damn near 65% (75% in the 1H) shooting for the night and still have the game in doubt in the final seconds? Take away the made three's and the Magic go a frightening 87%!!!!!!!!!! The Lakers defense was atrocious.

In the end it took Kobe having an off night and the Magic to make everything they damn near put up in order for them to win. The truth is, if Kobe hit is FT's and the Lakers play their usual defense were talkin about the Lakers getting fitted for rings.

Everyone is due for a bad game and we all know how Kobe answers a bad night.

3peet makes a good point. i cant see how orlando is actually encouraged by last night's game. they played their best game, something that's nearly impossible to replicate, kobe bryant missed 5 free throws and had a big turnover and a couple of missed threes at the end, another thing that most likely won't happen again... despite all that, they only won by 4
