Orl Only -2 @ GS ???

Orl 18-6 real hot on the road 9-3 with Huge comeback win @ Utah.
While GS 7-17 (4-6 @ Home) lost last 2 games to Den and Hou by 11 and 18.
My system show Orl -8 in this game but Vegas Line only -2?????
Any though?

I do know that and even without Howard Orl still beat Utah on the road. With my system Orl -8 even without Howard his star power worth about 3pts then the line still should be Orl -5. (3pts off)

So Far I see 86% on Orl but only 1500 bets very small number.
But with this % heavy on Orl then we expect to see the line move up to 2.5 or even 3.5 by the game time.

line looked weird with magic @ clippers like a week ago, even moved the wrong way a half point and magic got the easy cover...

And if Howard doesn't play and the line doesn't move, then we basically have a "reverse line move" or close enough if it doesn't move at all with all of that ORL action, so the play is GS if those parameters are met...

Wouldn't call that "easy" (far from it) with the Clips up 9 in the 4Q as 4-point DOGs...ORL only won by 7 and the Clips missed a ton of shots in the final minute...Dumbleavy left his starters on the bench too long and let ORL make a run...

what about ORL getting 5 and winning su in POR for their first home loss? maybe that one just looked easy to me. what about NO only -2 at TOR last night? that one looked easy and was. in past years i have thought these easy lines and reverse movements meant go against the pub. i have found that only to be true in NFL this year. I will glady lay 2 pts to a sorry GS team who has 2 wins in their last 13 games.

You are right on this also. I see couples of games with extra points value last 2 week which look trap but it still win.

If anything, the ORL/POR game was a trap on the other side as Portland was undefeated at home and only had to cover 5 points.

5 pts to a tough POR team. I think there were plenty of people on here who laid the 5 thinking ORL was soft. It seems as if they are putting low lines unsure of ORL themselves.

What does this linescore prove??...I have this in my database already and I watched almost that entire game and did not have a bet on either side...

ORL as a 4-point FAV was down 9 in the 4Q and was lucky to cover and anybody with a functioning brain cell in their head realizes that that ORL cover was far, far from "easy" as you put it...When a team covers the spread by 10 or more, that is "easy"...A one-basket cover because the Clips fouled ORL at the end is anything but "easy"...

I think you guys should but your entire bankroll plus a few mortgage payments on Orlando since this game is so "easy"...

Howard is doubtful...

yanni, that's why the line is 2...

Howard is doubtful and that's figured into the line...If he plays, that line will move 3 or 3.5 points...

Like I have said a million times before, doesn't mean ORL won't cover here, but you couldn't pay me to play ORL here is this spot...

I love how folks talk about the "trap" lines that looked so easy and covered but they leave out all the ones that didn't cover...

This game really screams to bet Orlando. Every stat you could look at favors Orlando. For that reason, I'm staying away. Seems everytime I think I have a game figured out and all signs point one way, that one way is the losing way.

Orlando SHOULD win and cover this game. Problem is, I've run into an awful lot of should'ves during my betting carrer and most seem to lose.
