Braves own Strasburg. I'd stay away. Usually stay away from Braves Vs. Anyone ML..

I hear you. Biggest reason I went with it is because Harang is pitching. He's horrible. Did I mention Atl has lost 9 of his last 10 starts. I'll take those odds. Every MLB team owns Harang. Lol

Braves are terrible, but they pick up wins when you least expect it. IMO dangerous..

Liking that parlay! I think the Angels need to fit in that equation also. Im leaning Angels RL and then parlay them with Seattle.

Agree on Angels. Anyone who puts money on the Rangers these days deserves a mallet to the head. :hammerit

Lot of juice out there but I like a lot of them- especially that movement in the Jays game, Hendricks could get found out by this hot jays team and the cubs are struggling without their rocks Castro and Rizzo

Love the A's as well with the Sox crawling to the finish line. They looked awful last night and have a no name pitching tonight

Likely will lay off- I actually watched the entire game last night and McHugh completely quieted the M's bats. Iwa is one of my fav pitchers this year and you gotta like the chances with a young pitcher against him for the astros, but since they burned me last night I'm going to stay away: m's bats are always hit or miss to me

Houston rolling out a kid making his Major League Debut. Iwakuma is 2-1 with a 4.12 ERA against Houston. Juicy as hell at -250. The thing that sticks out to me on this game is the total at 7. I think that's way way low. I think there is a ton of value in Houston. Houston has won 9 of 13 in Seattle. The over seems like a very solid bet.

How many times have we seen this? Late game. -250 fav at home. Rookie pitcher making his major league start. That's a recipe for disaster for M backers. I definitely wouldn't put them in every parlay you have.

At 6'4", 200 pounds, Tropeano is a physical presence on the mound. His fastball sits in the low nineties, and he's shown steadily-improving command of it this season and in 2013. He complements the pitch with an average slider and a truly-plus changeup that works equally well against lefties and righties, and which has been a topic for discussion at Fangraphs.
In addition to having one of the best nicknames ("NiTro") in the Houston Astros' system, Tropeano has made a name for himself as a solid, if not flashy, starting pitcher with a well-rounded repertoire, outstanding makeup, and an innings-eating profile that could make him an ideal #4/5 pitcher in a major league rotation. Of course, he also made a splash last year when he struck out A's prospect Vinnie Catricala on just one pitch.

In June of this season, our resident pitching expert, Brooks Parker, broke down Tropeano's mechanics and had some concerns. It may be worth pointing out that not long after that article was written, Tropeano went on the Disabled List with arm tightness.

In the Pacific Coast League (an offense-friendly league) this entire season, hitters are just .202 against him, and he's posted a 0.99 WHIP, 3.03 ERA, and 120 strikeouts to 33 walks in 124.2 innings.
A 2011 fifth-round pick out of Stony Brook University, Tropeano will make his major league debut tonight, two weeks to the day after his twenty-fourth birthday. He made his way rapidly through the minors, and is a perfect example of prototypical September call-up: Someone with very little, if anything, left to prove in the minor leagues, who needs exposure to big leaguers in order to refine his game in the offseason.
