They do this every year like clockwork, though usually they save their collapse for the final 5 games in a row.

WTF happened? Play by play is messed up.

It said after the int they scored a fg to go up 13-3 and then it just had purdue with the ball and score a td. How did they get the ball.

Just consider who Oregon beat in their first two games. One of them was Washington. Washington would go .500 in HS football this year.

No clue bro. I am watching the game. Went to piss and comeback and Purdue has got the ball at Oregon's 20.

They don't look so bad. A couple bonehead penalties, stupid shit, dropped balls, one or 2 missed assignments at critical times, strange kickoff play, Roper throws a brain fart pick -- aside from that they seem ready to start putting up some yards. I don't see Painter has been a major factor up to now, unless you count his rushing yards, but even then not an overpowering offensive presence. Their running has impressed me more. But Painter's adjustments and choice of receivers has looked pretty good. About equal to Roper (minus the pick.) Ducks seem to be moving the ball better, FWIW.

That KO turned into a 10-14 point swing. Things should balance out.

Unless I'm missing the sarcasm here, rose-colored glasses I'm afraid my friend. This is the same MENTALLY CHALLENGED PROGRAM I've been yelling about for years now. Punch them in the face and they will fold like the finesse team they are, pathetic.

I'm not saying I told him so. We had a discussion in another thread where I basically stated that Oregon is a fraud. They just aren't as good as Conan wants them to be. This is just one game so I'm willing to let the rest of the game unfold and then a few more games. Right now I stand by my position. Whooping up on Washington shouldn't make anyone feel too good.

Pac-10 sucks. Look at the scores the last 2 days. CAL, WAS st, UCLA, and ORE.

It's good to see that Jaison Williams still hasn't learned how to catch.

I realize that it looks like Oregon *should* be much closer in this one, but it's exactly these kind of mental mistakes that they're always so prone to make simply because they're not tough enough. Unforced mistakes are always the sign of a weak-minded team.
