Agreed Utah will more than cover the spread
Look @ NC State last week. You can upset 1 Ranked opponent (ECU), but the following week you are toast with another Ranked opponent (USF). So that means OSU upsets USC, tonight they are not gonna do it with UTAH. UTAH will make sure this does not happen to them, so they won't even make it close.
Well I'm really tetering on the fence. After seeing Utah get sided here and probably most places, I'm thinking that the Beavers put out an extreme effort and keep this one within reach. Less than 2 scores difference. I doubt they will blow this game on mistakes. I don't think Utah will just pull away. If they do it will be late. But I'm not so sure they will. The points don't look so bad. Still no play for me because that would be gambling.
I hear you.
But I'm puzzled by the last line in your message.
What are we doing when we take or give points in a game and looking for an ATS cover? Isn't all of this considered "gambling?" :think2:
My revised final score prediction will be close to the number:
3121
Utah leads 31 -14 late in the 4th, and the Beavers score a trash TD for the BACK DOOR COVER! :bunnies:
So who is going to stop Quizz?????????
SC didn't.
Who is going to stop his brother or Morales, or Stroughter?
No one has stopped any of those guys.
Utah has been prone to offensive mistakes, such as allowing 12 sacks (which explains Johnson's minus-one yard rushing), throwing five interceptions and losing six fumbles. That's one reason Whittingham is wary of the Beavers' defense, which went from being steamrolled by Penn State to playing superbly against USC. Whittingham says the improvement of OSU's front seven, all of whom are first-year starters, is apparent on tape.
Utah is on 5 days rest. Oregon is on 7.
I don't think OS will win, but they keep it close.
One last note, Oregon State has won 3 of their last 5 against ranked opponents.
