This lady is Full of Shit. If there were 120 shots fired by trained LEO's, there would be alot more than 1 dead, 1 wounded. You can clearly see the dead terrorist reach for his waistband. That's why he was shot. Thank G-d none of our LEO's were hurt by these terrorists. Never take the word of scum terrorists.

there is a 30 or so minute video released by the fbi that is supposed to be unedited.

the crosshairs from the camera on the edited version are off center.

anyway, they had them pulled over and you can see everyones hands hanging out the windows, you can see that the cops are trying to get them to get out of the truck, then the truck speeds away, you can't tell if the cops started shooting before or after he takes off.

then you see them approach the road block, the tries to drive around it but gets stuck in the snow, fbi agent was tripping in the snow and almost gets himself hit.

old man jumps out of the truck with hands up, walks away from the truck,

7 or 8 fbi agents have guns pointed at truck while 2 or 3 have guns pointed at old man.

fbi sees something in the truck move, and fires

old man turns around to see what happened

drops his hands

gets shot in the back

hits ground

fbi lights up the truck with gun fire

then flash bombs

then more gun fire

the men and girls in the truck surrender when the dust settles

fbi releases edited tape showing close up of old man turning and reaching for his pockets.

He didn't have a gun in his hand. I love how a kid pointing a gun at cops gets killed by cops is unjustified, but a guy getting gunned down by FBI with no weapons in his hand is awesome.

He went for his gun and got shot. Is there really anything more to the story.
Ended correctly unfortunately.

How do you know? We can't tell exactly when the shots were fired, they could have shot him first and he was reaching to a wound.

The guy was not reaching for his gun. The fact that McConnell came out with his version of the story to then have it completely proven to be a lie because of footage just further shows that the woman's version was accurate. They gunned this man down in cold blood plain & simple.

Mr. Finicum, 54, was killed Tuesday by Oregon State Police troopers, said Greg Bretzing, the special agent in charge for the F.B.I in Oregon, after he tried to run through a police barricade on a wooded road, then climbed from his truck and, Mr. Bretzing said, reached for a weapon in his jacket pocket.

In the video, Mr. Finicum is shown with his hands raised at one point, but Mr. Bretzing said it also showed him reaching for a weapon.

“On at least two occasions, Finicum reaches his right hand toward a pocket on the left inside portion of his jacket. He did have a loaded 9 mm semiautomatic handgun in that pocket,” Mr. Bretzing said.

They shouldn't have run from the police the way they did. The driver used that truck as a weapon first. A bunch of idiots really. Too bad.

So? He didn't have a gun in his hand when he was killed and at that point was not a threat. If he got the gun out and pointed it at the FBI, it would justifiable. Reaching in the same direction as a gun is not a green light to kill someone.

There was an incident on the Las Vegas Strip a few days ago when a man was walking up and down the Strip pointing a gun at people. The cops there didn't shoot at him, despite having a gun in his hand at all times, until after he was told to put the gun down and he pointed it at officers.

Remember the outrage when Amadou Diallo was shot 19 times by the NYPD after reaching for his wallet, yet those same people are gleeful with bloodlust after this incident.

Suicide by cop.....Too bad he didn't value his life and his family as much as the ego trip militia drama.....He got want he wanted, he said he would rather die than go to jail.....Next time stop at the road block instead of plowing through 2 feet of snow and getting out and acting like your above the law.

Do you have any proof he wanted the cops to kill him? From the time he put his hands down to the time he fell in the snow was about 5 seconds, more than enough time to get a gun if he really wanted to be killed. You're just assuming he wanted to die since you so badly wanted him killed. Secondly, did they even know he had a gun? Third, if I ever go to a cop and say shoot me, that doesn't give them the right to, just as if a girl walks down the street singing the chorus to Rape Me by Nirvana, that doesn't give anyone the right to actually do it.
