This is one BIG reason why Oregon will win the game outright. They have had this one circled for a year and there are some very hostile feelings towards Boise St. about what happened in the last game. It could get ugly. Also Boise's excellent home record has been mostly against WAC teams like Utah St. etc. Not very many major schools have played at Bronco Stadium during their winning stretch.

I remember you posting this earlier in the year. I agree that this is motivation of the third degree but both teams are reloading this year and the QB position is not an advantage for Oregon in this one as Boise has a good one. I think it boils down to the line play and I think Oregon has the better RB's. I cannot wait to watch this one and in fact I am taking off work on the 4th so I can stay up and watch it. Despite all the Boise hoopla I can see them losing this and also losing to Tulsa (at Tulsa). Being Kelly's first game as HC is my biggest hedge at this point but if Oregon can hold up in the trenches I think Oregon has a distinct advantage at RB. This game has all the trimmings that a college football fan could ever ask for.
...said the hilltopper as he hopped back into town on his pogo stick. "Gee," he exclaimed. "I can hardly wait 'til Chatanooga comes to Knoxville. Now that is what you call real entertainment... ahylk." he giggled.
If you are going to play on Oregon, play the ML. When Oregon loses as a dog, they stink. In their last 6 games that they lost as dogs, they failed to cover the spread in 5 of those games. You may as well take the extra money, because if Oregon loses, it will be by 7 or more. I think Oregon has a good chance of winning this game, but if they circled it, they must be desperate. You circle games against USC, not Boise, if you are Oregon.
