Are you for real? Do you honestly believe he would / will win an election for a second term? (If he decides to run)

As of right this second, with the way the economy and employment is booming and with the latest passing of the tax bill that is putting money in everyone's pocket, there's no doubt in my mind Trump would be reelected tomorrow morning.

Interesting. On a strictly non-political basis, my thought process is...
- He got a lot of the I hate politician votes.
- He squeaked out a electoral college win, not popular vote. (which happens, its how our system is setup)
- I feel like voter turnout will be much higher to vote against Trump.
- He got all the votes he is going to get in the first election. I dont think there will be MORE of a swell to vote for Trump.

i agree that turnout will be much higher to be against trump than in the previous election, however the turnout against Clinton was pretty strong too. I feel pretty neutral on oprah but she doesnt make a difference in the swing states i dont think. trump campaigned better than clinton. Sure oprah will carry california and the strongholds for the democratic vote but she likely wont win in the states which swing the election. ya know what way most of the country is going before the damn thing happens. can she sway the vote in ohio, pennsylvania, michigan and those states which are close. i dont think so unless trump support drops.

absolutely, with the
economy surging
incomes increasing
consumer confidence soaring
businesses moving to the USA
unemployment rates near historic lows
securing the borders
defeating ISIS
increasing energy supply resulting in decreasing energy costs

once people learn everything being sold to them by the democrats and their criminal corrupt colluding democratic media is a lie, once they realize things are pretty darn good and have improved a lot, once they realize it's not some fucking ARMAGEDDON, he rolls to reelection if he wants it

why would anyone prefer economic suck?

if I were him, I wouldn't want it. I would enjoy whatever life I have left and stay as far away from the scumbags who occupy DC as I could

Al great points willie but you underestimate the amount of stupid people who have an equal vote as you. Should he and will he are different arguments. When anything bad happens the liberal media will put it allllll on trump, and stupid people (which there are millions) will believe it.

i agree if I were him I wouldn't want it. Impossible to love the job when it's so difficult to get shit done because everyone criticizes every move.

I'm very much anti-Trump, but he's growing on me. He's getting nothing done and the economy is surging! Those are my most important qualities in a politician. When the politicians get nothing done, thats actually good for us IMO, cause then we are free to get stuff done.

D's act as if JFK or FDR is their nominee. They have their own set of problems and if the far left gets their way, Trump or whoever runs as a R will get 4 more years.

If the economy is still cranking it may not matter who the D's run. We are past due for a recession so 2020 is wide open

Not getting anything done but the economy is surging?

Talk about a contradicting statement.

This reminded me of what a professor once said in a class I had. Think of the most average dumb person you know. Now remember that 49% of the population is dumber than that guy and all of their votes count as much as yours. That really stuck with me.

Not agreeing or disagreeing but the two are not mutually exclusive. The economy could be surging dispute him not doing anything. And name calling during a legit discussion usually ends a discussion, which is sad.
