I wouldn't do it again though..I did it once about 5 yrs ago now....I went from being stuck at a max bench press to gaining 50 lbs on the bench press in one month....I didn't gain any weight though...What I did have was cramping and numbness in my arms and hands, very painful! Did gain 50 lbs of bench press strength , and there is no doubt it was from the creatine.
