Exactly. Probably had a horrendous record with the other one and thinks he can magically turn it around and have a cult following.

Don't really think it's Record thing, but will have to check his record to see.
I think it has more to do with being able to use PM's or just didn't want to be on Post review. But the op doesn't understand, as More user names created, the longer he will be on Post review.
