Online Marketing Director

Responsibilities

· All online marketing efforts including affiliate programs and SEO
· Help develop and manage top industry affiliate programs
· Help management to develop long term general marketing plans
· Develop and implement marketing programs for affiliates (offers, contests, emails, special events)
· Work closely with development department to implement online initiatives
· Research and periodically report on the online marketing efforts of top competitors

Skills and Experience

· In depth knowledge of Sportsbook / Casino industry
· Several years experience online marketing in the Sportsbook / Casino industry
· Proven Track Record
· Excellent communications skills, written and oral
· Detail oriented, organized and meticulous

Why don't we create "uber" person? That is about what you are looking for there. Anyone with a proven track record will be ridiculously hard to pull away and some of the greatest marketing minds I ever met were cluttered and scattered everywhere, but they get the job done like no one else (part of the creative side I suppose). That is why they have a staff member that is their guru editor! And lastly I highly doubt there are too many books out there willing to give a new guy the creative leeway to do all this stuff these days. Lower level hires will gladly take this on, but my feel is that higher level hires will want a freer rein than just about any managers/owners seem to allow today.

Just my two cents, but if you guys truly find someone with all these talents please tell me. I gotta interview him! hehe
