What have we learned?
That Social Media, the 24 Hour News Cycle & the appalling whiny nature of too many Americans today will make this be the way that Life is going forward here: Sensationalized Media Reporting to get ratings & webpage hits leads to Constant incessant whining about everything. The level of Annoyance will become intolerable.
What has changed?
The World is deprived of one less young black thug with no respect for Human Life and is a safer place because of this.
What direction to we go in next?
In regards to USA: The same direction as all Previous Empires in which a small percent of people/business interests control the vast majority of the Wealth have gone.
Just with way more cacaphony than ever before surrounding the fate of such Empires.
Our Kids and their Kid's Kids will have to deal with a world where they don't have much time and energy to bicker about racism and political correctness. The oceans are gonna rise, seas will get warmer, Dead Zones within the waters will increase, these things will completely alter Marine Life which then leads to a catastrophic "Domino Effect", storms will become worse and more frequent, Droughts in some places, unprecedented Flooding in others, Wildfires and rampant disease which, yeah, all sounds like bad news but in the bigger picture is the opposite as a thinning of a Herd thats totally out of control and as savage and lost as this one is will lead to a smaller population of more Compassionate, Enlightened and most importantly vastly less War Making souls.
Don't let it get you down. There has always been only one way this could "turn out" and plus

Where is the outrage for all of the white policemen killed by black men? Did Obama send someone from the Whitehouse to any of their funerals. Good Riddance Michael Brown. Next time don't charge a policeman and try taking his gun away. Next time don't strong arm a convenience store clerk while robbing him.

.The Education Argument needs to be comprised mostly, like....51% of asking & answering the question: "What can be done to maneuver Blacks to support and encourage education of thier Kids?" or stated differently: "What do you expect Educators to do when Black parents won't step up and encourage even DEMAND of thier kids that they make Education their priority?" then the other 49% of that discussion needs to be on how we can start paying Teachers better so as to make those very highly qualified and best potential teachers able to afford to be Teachers....
The Black Community, by failing to play their part by very aggressively supporting their own kids getting educated (which is an absolute necessity and a glaring miserable embarrassing failure on their part), creates a Self Fulfilling Prophecy of Black Kids "being failed by the Education System".
Whats really "failing Black Youth" MOSTLY here? The Education System you describe or their own Black Community?
Its the latter of those two. By a very very wide margin.
It should be Obvious though....this gets less bad going forward but for now and the next 22 years or so we're hopelessly mired with a Black Population who (overall) will just flat out not support Education/Demand of their Youth that they take Education seriously.
Extremely well said. They so completely fail to understand the message he invested his Life in delivering to them that its difficult to imagine a thing being less understood and ignored. To them he's just a Street Name and a statue. Too damn bad...Non-Violence would be so much better an approach here, for them.
