Seeing warm weather teams such as Florida, Miami, USC, LSU, or an Arizona team playing an elimination playoff game at Michigan, Penn St, Iowa, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Maryland, or Boston College in December.

I've always stated this is something I would like to see and never happens, and that is a warm weather school in CFB playing up north in December in a meaningful game.

Of course, if a playoff system were put into place, they would ruin it by probably having all the playoff games be played in domes at neutral sites..........not to mention the many other ways that they would turn a playoff into something more ridiculous than the Big Dance, urrrr, I mean Big Fruad.

The weather is one of the many intangibles that has made the oldest Division one athletic conference, The Big Ten, the best football conference in the history of CFB over the many years.

Now your talkin fish. USC and the like NEVER are at a "away" game when playing in the rosebowl. The bowls seem to be set up for these "warm weather" school's to give them a "home" field edge. So all in all fish, I like your message.

How are you and the family doing?

Don't see you around here much anymore, you must be keeping busy, unlike most of us here.

This is the biggest reason the Big 10 will not accept a playoff system, and rightfully so. I would love to see USC, Florida and others play a game up north in December. The Bowls are different, as they are exibitions.

Aside from Ohio State how would the other teams ever fit into a playoff system?

This is the exact reason I have quit watching the Rose Bowl nowadays. That setup is the biggest joke of them all. Bring them noth just once and season what happens.

The caliber of players at the so called warm weather schools are significantly better then the north schools. Not even close. Games would still be ablow out much like they are now.
As far as the " Big Fraud " is concerned, maybe we can change March into a BCS system. I'm sure the regular season would mean alot more then it is now. Come to think of it, the regular season in hoops does mean more, No Boise's, Utahs, Ball St's and Auburns playing the whole regular season for nothing in hoops.
