not have his pirate cloth on cause his lawyer advised him not to wear the pirate garb to gain sympathy with the Democrates in my opinion so he can be set free.

He is a Muslim terrorist who kidnapped and terrorized innocent people, with other Muslims, and he should be shot. This is what I think about this here issue.

It's a shame, he just turned 15 and now will likely spend the rest of his life in prison. Just goes to show you what happens when you get involved with a bad crowd.

He was proven to be 18 and he is a bad man. Feel sorry for him but he is a Muslim theorist who will otherwise grow up to destroy the world. Shot him while you can.

Coldweather, these pirates are opportunists. The boats they try to hijack are often quite easy for them to overtake. It's a more exciting life than what is going on at home.

Times will change. And that will no longer be the case, but it is for now.

Penniless and weeping, a Somali pirate was hit with five federal charges Tuesday that could land him in the brig for the rest of his life.

A Manhattan judge ruled Abduwali Abdukhadir Muse can be prosecuted as an adult - setting the stage for the first U.S. sea piracy trial in over a century.

Wearing a prison jumpsuit and a bandage on his left hand, Muse had little to say during the afternoon proceedings, beyond pleading poverty.

"I don't have any money," he told told Magistrate Judge Andrew Peck during a discussion of whether he could afford a lawyer.

Several courtroom observers saw tears running down the suspect's face, a day after he smiled for the cameras as he was led into 26 Federal Plaza.

Welcome to reality, it bites.

First off, anytime the government "shoots" people without a trial or jury it's always 100% a pretext to enslave the general public. To say he doesn't deserve a fair trial is ignorant. Everyone deserves a fair trial.

I'm not saying he didn't do a horrible thing. I'm saying if he was 15, it's a shame he wasted his life by getting involved in a gang at such a young age. The same situation applies to the young thugs who killed Sean Taylor. Did they committ a heinous act? Yes. Were they psychopathic personalities who were destined for a life of anti-social behavior? Possibly, but they could of been productive citizens with families and ambitions if they didn't get involved with the wrong people. Kids at that age often don't know what they are getting themselves into.

This here situation be the ultimate conundrum. You have sympathy for his background and plight on the one hand and a bunch of shit on the other. I change my mind on this here matter, let him go and give him food and money for his family. This be the right thing to do. No harm no foul!

This be how I am rolling know!

Hmm... at 10:53 you say shoot him while you can, and 19 minutes later
