HOU: RHP Roy Oswalt (12-9, 4.11 ERA)
Oswalt recorded his 22nd win against the Reds in a 4-1 victory on Wednesday. He is 6-2 in his last 10 starts with a 3.02 ERA, averaging 5.7 strikeouts a game. Oswalt is 11-11 all-time against Chicago, losing his only game against the Cubs this season. He earned five runs on 10 hits in 6 2/3 innings.

THE ASTROS ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE THE PLAYOFFS, and here theya re facing the team running away with their division on september 1st....call up day....The cubs just lost 2 to the phillies after opening up with 2 come from behind wins vs the phillies. The astros have won 5 in a row, and after reading how hot they have been of late, I actually think this line is solely about the cubs home record, and the wrong team is favored....

theres also a shot koye hill, and hoffpaur could start today being call up day, resting soto, and one of the outfielders...although i think time will show that hoffpaur is a stud, and him playing wont be an easy out for any pitcher.

anyway...the astros are the play here for me,

wild pitch scores the run and berkman goes all the way to third...3-0 stros

if pence can do anyhting here, berkman would score to make it 4-0 in the 8th

good play sir.
before i went to bed sunday night i threw a good amount on Johan and Oswalt... then as I'm trying to fall asleep, I asked myself, "did you really just bet against the two best teams in the NL in their own home ballparks??" i sure did and went 2-0 lol.

tonight.... i like my white sox... problem is, im never sure if theyre a VERY GOOD play or just a good play and my heart is pushing it further. i also likes me the tampa rays. moose has struggled in his career at Tropicana even before the rays became good this year. so plug in the fact that theyre great this year an unbelievable at home, i like'em.

good luck tonite sir
