One of the best shows on right now

Instead of watching that gay ass show "The Big Bang Theory" check out "Mad Men" on AMC. Nicely written show, I haven't seen anything of this quality since Deadwood.

I heard lots of great things about Mad Men and loved watching Deadwood but I never got into the former. It was just too slow for me. The girlfriend at the time loved it though.

I always thought Deadwood was overrated. Yes it was entertaining hour watching Deadwood but it wasn't spectacular writing. The show seemed to sleepwalk through each season but because they used the word "cocksucker" in every sentence people loved it. Personally both Rome and Carnivale were better short lived HBO series.
