defining bankroll/QUOTE]

That's key to these discussions, but rarely emphasized.

To many that live paycheck to paycheck, they define it by what is in their bank account. Others define it with what is currently in their gambling accounts. Others define it by a monthly gambling budget.

I deposit in small doses, try to run it up and withdraw, rinse and repeat. 1% of my gambling account would be like $1-$2 most of the time.

When in Vegas, I might go up to with $1k in cash. And bet $110 on a football game. So thats about 10%.

If my bankroll is my liquid worth, well then 1% is gonna be much higher.

All about defining "bankroll".

Interesting to see how few people are still around when these are bumped. Never heard of so many of these people.

I bet bigger than most % wise. I rely more on picking my spots for bigger bets as opposed to just getting by pure %. Tough to make any real money that way is you ask me. There ks a risk and thee is a reward. Decide if you find it worth while I do

I make my weekly nfl wagers between 2-10%v(units) of my gambling bankroll. Only 4 or 5 times a year does it get up to 10%, which would be the max.

There are about 3 or 4 times a year when I like a game so much and lose discipline and wager a lot more then 10% of the bankroll...majority of the time it works out.. 0-1 this year so far lol.

I use a rolling "small bankroll" of about $500.00 and try to keep it fun -----------
My standard bet is $5 [1 %](any where from 20-50 different bets a day tho...sides ,props ,parlays ) will play any where from $10-$100 on future bets (this ties up bank tho.)

and occasionally step- out on one /two games a week --have about $75 [15%]tied up in one nfl side today..for example
