Overrated?
If by overrated you mean a SS that hits .315 a season in his first four full seasons while getting on base 39% of the time, while averaging 27 homers year and stealing on the average of 41 bases a season, while being named to the All Star game twice, while winnng two silver sluggers, a Rookie of the Year award and being runner up MVP, than yeah, he's overrated.

Hey don't get me wrong he puts up good numbers but he is no where near the hype. I highly doubt his next 4 years will be as good as the first 4 and he thinks he is the best player in the bigs and better than his team mates. Fuck him.

I just seen the replay, I dont understand how after kicking the ball to the wall, you continue to JOG towards it while runners are on rounding the bases?

he was hurt badly in first inning and stayed in read my post above describing this

in fairness to those who knock the marlins defense.....check out the 2 amazing plays that show in highlights made against stephen drew......maybin absolutely lies out on the dead run and robs a triple, would be inside the parker if he missed......

then cody ross last inning stole a double.....seriously one is an insane espn play of the night caliber play, and the second is a very above average diving play by a right fielder that will make the highlight shows

both off my fantasy ss of course, stephen drew

yeh , it was a never a "knock hanley ramirez" thread.....it was like, this is literally the kind of error/mishap that was freaky enough that baseball junkies who have been watching for years would say scratching their head "well i never saw that before"....

just freaky luck, and even worse that the ball of course finds the guy who was nicked up....

in fact, id say its a kudos to hanley that he realizes hes his teams mvp, and leaving in the 1st inning puts his team at a disadvantage and he tried to gut it out......

never meant to rip hanley, just a weird play

and i like to talk baseball, even outside of capping games

I think Utley gets no where near enough credit for how good he is!

the arrival of jayson werths prime has shown this....teams are acxtually more afraid of werth than howard...and this is really effecting the pitches utley sees......if polanco or victorino get on in front of utley, pitchers have no choice but to pitch to utley now, for fear of facing werth after walking howard

utley was putting up mvp numbers before, im anxious to see where he lands this year

I just think for a player like Hanley that was down right embarrassing to get benched in the middle of a game.

Ok I just want to say I was pissed because the marlins lost because I bet stupid on them but I am over it and in no way did I mean Hanley is shit the guy is great I am just surprised he fucked around like that.

Yankees have a great line up but man the Phillies line up is way better. Rollins is damn good, Vicorino is fucking grease lighting, Polanco almost never strikes out, Utley can spray the ball every where, Howard is pure power, and Werth is just keeps on getting better!
