interesting thing here, i depsoited $4,000 for baseball season, got a 10% bonus. I made two seperate baseball wagers for 2 dimes each on baseball futures.

now my basketball money comes in, and olympic won't let me withdraw that money saying i have to make roll-over.

shouldn't only the $4,000 i depsoited to get the $400 be held for roll over. just wondering what your opinions on this are.

I believe when you accepted the 10% re-up bonus that you subjected yourself to having to meet the rollover requirement before withdrawing ANY funds.

I see your point crudebar. However, there are stipulations with accepting the 10% bonus; whether fair or not.

the rules are there, you just have to read them

Promotional credits/bonuses can be used for wagering purposes only. Promotional bonuses have no cash value until four times the original amount deposited has been placed on wagers. ie. $500 deposited = 10% signup bonus = $50 bonus. The $50 cannot be withdrawn until $2000 has been placed in wagers. If a withdrawal request is made that takes the balance below the original amount deposited plus the bonus ($550), before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus ($50) will be forfeited and withdrawn from the account before the withdrawal request is honored.

crudebar, All Olympics baseball futures are $500 max bet on the internet. Are they letting you bet 4x the max if you call in? I believe you have to meet roll over requirements before WD. Its only fair. If I had $5,000 in my Oly account and they offered a re-load bonus. It would be unfair for me to deposit $5,000, get a $500 bonus and then immediately request a $5000 WD and say thats not the deposit. I am on Oly side on this one.

Yeah, think about it. If they let you withdraw non-deposited money, you'd just keep (in theory) max for bonus at the book then deposit+withdraw, repeat as necessary. Free money for you means no money for the book.

Here is the REAL question...

It says:
"If a withdrawal request is made that takes the balance below the original amount deposited plus the bonus ($550), before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus ($50) will be forfeited and withdrawn from the account before the withdrawal request is honored."

It does not say "available balance". Don't pending bets count as a balance. Obviously they should. The money is in the account. Not only is it in the account, it is tied up a long time and they have the same opportunity to "own" it as you do. Same as a cash available balance.

I have to disagree with most in this thread. The bonus policy:

If a withdrawal request is made that takes the balance below the original amount deposited plus the bonus ($550), before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus ($50) will be forfeited and withdrawn from the account before the withdrawal request is honored.

The policy clearly states that you cannot keep the bonus if you attempt to draw down your account below the deposit and bonus. So the poster should be able to w/d any funds in the account as long as he leaves the $4400 in the account. Seems pretty clear to me.

packer,

yeah i have the $4,000 in pending bets now. so i was trying to withdraw all my basketball money, but they would not let me, since i would not have $4,000 balance in "free" money.

the manager there was really rude too, saying i should not refer to my bets as pending bets, since i do not no if they will win or lose.

i have no idea what this guy thinks a pending bet means.

Example:

my free balance amount is 0
i depsoite $4,000 got a $400 bonus
i make two future baseball bets for $2,000 each.
my free balance is now $400
two of my basketball wagers now come in, so now my balance is $3,975.
i try to withdraw $3,575 but am denined.
should the pending bets, not count as balance?

I figured this was coming----but just as Packer pointed out: balance does NOT = available balance. If Oly intended for there to be $4400 AVAILABLE then the bonus policy should state that.

as long as you arent trying to take your balance below $4400, you should be able to make a withdrawal.
