I think Oly will deal better lines, it was only last year they moved to dime-line ( I believe). If all books do this, then Pinny gets all MLB business ( almost). The competiton is going to be left booking what ... tennis, golf ?

The solution to the probelm is a betting exchange my friends. I have been on Tradebetx and have saved a lot of money using it. It takes more time, but it is worth it.

Not only that, they have in game wagering.

However a lot of times, people do not know how to use the exchange correctly. Find the best line out there for the opposite side and add some value to it. (e.g. if you want to bet a dog, find the best line available at books for the favorite (say -140, usually the best price for the dog will be say +134.). Create an offer of -137. (which means you will get +137). Every one wins. Sometimes there will be a better offer on the board. The only problem is when the line moves.

I feel like I contribute to this problem by reloading into Cris, Greek etc. each fall.
Enough solid outs dealing a dime line all summer to not have to go back to those that don't. I will not reward the books that take the summer off this year.
