They have the line at SA -6.5 against NJ for the first game of the nba finals but the trick is on their site whether you click to bet on SA or NJ the only option you will get is NJ +6.5, either they only want action on NJ side or they made a mistake, but I think it is wrong to put up a line and only allow one side to be bet(in this case nj +6.5 is a crappy bet) what do you guys think?

1. You are 100% correct with you statement that Oly's website is making a mistake when you opt to bet San Antonio in game #1.
2. If you are trying to inform players of the mistake then congrats to you. I however think that this is not your motive and I will explain. I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND why you would not simply call Wally and explain the problem to him, thus correcting the situation in minutes. AFTERALL THAT IS THE POINT OF THIS THREAD CORRECT? By posting the title of your thread with a negative connotation towards Oly, some may call that a deceptive practice or more commonly known as BULLSHIT. They have seemed to make a mistake. A mistake is commonly made by everybody, everyday in daily life, yet we do not call out someone for making a mistake. Instead we inform them of the mistake with the hopes of correcting the problem.

sc-I am just stating what appears to be an over zealous post with little merit behind it. You were correct with your statement, but the facts behind the statement need a little work. Once again, if you really are the altruistic person that started this thread, then dialing Oly and explaining the problem would have been the simplest, most direct and manly thing to do.

Fair enough if "just pertaining" to offshore is the prerequisite for a post to be considered legit.
As I said it was my observation and mine only. Just trying once again to have people use their OWN VOICE to fix a problem rather than come in here with a "unique slant" on a situation. And with that I will give you a 100% true statement to back up my observation.
How many times do you see a player state a problem with a book and not give up the name of the book in question? Answer: 100%! In those situations the player always tries to fix the problem first without "snitching" on the book. If the players are so inclined to talk with the book about a LEGIT problem, then color me blue if you're going to tell me that this situation does not warrant the same reaction.
And no I do not work for OLYMPIC. I do not work for any of the books and I think you know that. OLY's software sucks and has been admitted to by Wally. An upgrade would cost a pretty penny( not that cheapo Spiro can't afford it) but until that update comes the glitches will have to come with territory. A pretty fair trade off for the knowledge that you can sleep at night knowing your money will be there waiting for you in the morning.

I do appologize(to olympic not fred) if this came out as a negative towards olympic, as i said it could have been a mistake and it obviously was, I have always supported olympic as the best book in the buisiness and have never had a problem with them and felt completely safe with having as much as 6 figs with them, fred just took an innocent post and tried to make it sound like this book has stiffed me and I am trying to get them back or something, olympic is nothing but class, and as for fred you can kiss my ass.
