Cain has been in a zone over his last half dozen starts. This one was a tough one to call. Have to say, I was a bit surprised the Giants put up a 2 spot off Johnson, considering they struggled with Nolasco last night. Still a long way to go though and the bullpens might come into play here and neither have quality set-up men.

i assume your not including the 8 run debacle to the nats in that last 6?

if ur going back 6 starts ur gonna have to inclue that 7 run job to the astros....(i know the astros, seems unfathomable this same guy gave up 7 to those c lowns)

i like when santiago casilla and bautista put their "stamps" on a game...lol

brian wilson seems like a throwback...im on marlins..but it would be refreshing ina tight spot,m to actually see a manager use a closer in 7th- if thats when the game wa son the line.....im a fan of wilson's...like what he does

As I write this, Uggla just parks one to make it 3-3 hno: . As I said, this one is going to the bullpen and tell me about Casilla, Mota and sometimes Romo. Between the 6th and the 8th, it's a crap shoot until the game gets into Wilson's hands. @)

It was the right move leading off the inning iMHO! Results didn't work out. Looks like Johnson is cooked as well!

@) Can't blame you! Wonder who's coming in for the Giants in the top of the 8th. Dodgers up 2-0 over the Padres in the bottom of the 7th. A Giants win could pull them within 2.5.

game means alot to both teams.....managers hate to push the panic button and let their team no they really need this one, makes players press.....would be amazing if he sent jj out there in the 8th....with huff and posey gone, it could be a smooth ride

yeh its done....fish were game opponent tonight, but huge gap between what they saw all nite and what this guy serves up in the 8th......uribe was very happy to see someone other than the nl era leader throwing to him......i said it before and ill say it again....a 60% jj is way better than anyone but nunes they d send out there
