Good for you, Grind. I have futures tickets on both UNC and Nova (I bought tickets on four teams but did it long enough ago that I'm make a good profit no matter what), but I was weighted a little heavier on UNC so I put a little on Nova on the ML to lock it in at basically the same money either way. I considered taking the points with Nova but with only two numbers that would give me a chance to win both bets (+1 and +2), I thought it was better to save money with the ML.
The options for you other than ML and plus points are very limited. I suppose you could tease UNC down and pair it with an over or under if you have a strong feeling on one of those, but you lose one and you're done. I think the best thing is to figure out what you'd consider to be the minimum net win you'd be satisfied with and than protect that amount with ML or straight up bet on UNC. Since the ML isn't cheap, I'd recommend giving the points.
