Thanks for the congrats. Hope we can continue. Looks like a lot of us are on the Terrapins tonight. Did you know that of all the conference games played this year in the ACC only a total of 5 games have been won by the road team and 2 of those were accomplished by Duke. The ACC is a tough, well balanced conference, and it takes a very good performance by the road team to pull out a win. Home advantage has been huge YTD. Good luck to you tonight.

Thank you for the well wishes. After returning from a self imposed two week break prior to the Superbowl, I have returned refreshed as my record in NCAAB for February is 24-17 with two winning strong 3* plays as well. As for the NBA, I actually like one game tonight and the line is moving in my favor, but that being said, I had made a decision to allow the teams to get back into form following the All Star break before I would release a rated play. I may decide later to release tonight's play. Just need to see how I feel. If not tonight, shouldn't be too much longer. Good luck to you as well tonight.

i knew before i got to the computer today that you were going to pick Md tonight. i seem to be coasting these days, won my ML parlay last night on (spurs/nets) +$165. tonight im going with another parlay of sorts.

Sac-Minn over 206.5/Stanford (ML), laying $145 to win $200. using a little moneymanagement here, as im risking only $145 of the $165 profit from last night. the total is an early game so if its a winner, then im simply riding out the parlay, sort of using this as a breather. good luck on MD tonight, ill tell my two friends who you have so they can play them with our local..

Yes! Not surprised that you would be able to tell who I would be on tonight. This one jumped off the page to me again days ago. Was just waiting for the lines to come out.

Certainly have noticed that you have been very careful of late and picking your spots wisely. Cashing is what is most important. Good luck with your ML parlay tonight. Didn't know I was getting a following in Tennessee.

yes ted, i own a convenience store and i have a couple of guys who drop in around 5pm cst daily, i drop back into the store around this time and help a little through the dinner rush, after i leave the gym. I always try and tell them who you are on. im trying to get the guys to play some offshore but they are just used to calling the locals around 5:15.. my parlay tonight is 1 total and 1 ML, so its not a true ML parlay.

any chance of upping this play, since youve had it in mind for a few days.

Sorry, this oldman slipped again. It's not a ML parlay. I have taken a long hard look at the Sacramento/Minnesota game tonight but probably will pass. Miller is out tonight.

As for bumping the Maryland play, the answer is a very definite no. The reason is because I have great respect for the talent and coaching of Georgia Tech. I have liked the Yellowjackets since early in the year and although I favor the Terrapins in this spot, it warrants no more than a regular 1* release.

Ted, I am glad that we are on Maryland together. I had it as just a 3 Unit , but Kojak inform me that I should bump it up as you as well was on them and you guys when agreeing is hitting at 100%. Well he didnt have to tell me twice, once I heard you as well would be banging Maryland. At least in that one I can get alittle relaxation, knowing you guys are with me. Congrats on your successful run my friend. Good Luck to us today as well, Aloha CC.

Thank you for the congrats. Glad you had enough confidence in us to increase your play. Hope that it works out for all of us. Most on the board are on the Terrapins tonight so we have a lot of company. Win or lose, we will all be in the boat together. Good luck tonight with your plays.

Ted, I intially had a lean with GT, but after Duke, NC St, and all the others losing on the road in the Acc, I not even going to buck it anymore. Duke was my last shot with a road chalk in the ACC.

Still, I do have these two stats that are in favor of GT today. It wont change my mind on the play, but I just wanted to get your input as to what you thought of it. Thx

GT is currently 5-2 ATS vs good Off teams scoring 77+ points a game.

Maryland is currently 0-4 ATS vs good Offensive teams scoring 77+ pts a game after 15+ games.

If you note my response to SSI, I have had great respect for Georgia Tech since early in the year. Very talented, well coached team. But, as you said, ACC teams trying to win on the road have been taking a beating all year. This is because all the teams possess so much talent that when playing at home, they have a huge advantage. We don't know what will happen tonight, but I like us being on the team playing the return game at home after actually hanging pretty well with the Yellowjackets on the road, a game in which I had Georgia Tech and was impressed by the way Maryland had the lead for quite awhile before finally falling behind and ultimately losing. As for the numbers, expect Maryland to run with Georgia Tech at home, so the 77+ points are not of concern to me. I feel the situation outweighs the trend.

Thanks Ted, thats right , the situation does outweigh the trend. Especially during this time of year, as teams jockey for position and invitations. Thanks, I knew it was their in my head, I just couldnt pull it out, until you reminded me of the situation and/or implications that this game involves.

Maryland getting pounded....line to -4...missed another one
icon_eek.gif

ted after we spoke last nite I hit a HUGE middle on the late college game...turns out I have had three hugely (by this poppers standards) profitable days in a row...Three days ago I a nice side middle & showed a small profit with my bets...night before last I went 11-1, & last night caught a huge middle (aswell as another small middle)

I am really gonna use this stroke of luck to tighten up the ship & be much more selctive in my plays (& middle attempts) going forward...

This one is for you. Even though Sacramento's Brad Miller is likely out for tonight's game with Minnesota and Wally Szczerbiak and Michael Olowokandi will be activated by the Timberwolves tonight, having difficulty accepting line movement all on Wolves to the tune of -4.5 from an opening line of -3. These teams have played to numerous overtime games recently and they match-up well. Sacramento showed their ability to play without Miller in cruising to a 127-111 win over Boston on Tuesday while Minnesota handled Phoenix 110-95. This is a very good Sacramento team that can and should keep this game close, if not win outright. As of now, I will leave this strictly as an opinion, but if I post it as an official play, I will place it in the NBA Forum. Good luck to you.
