Agreed, that the aquisition of Wallace will be interesting to follow. Obviously, results to come. I did not play this game because of Wallace however. I like a rested Pistons team playing at home getting points against the Wolves coming off a clearly emotional and meaningful win for them last night against the Kings, a statement game, witness the drained KG after the game during an interview. Believe the Wolves put out a lot of energy last night and then have to travel overnight to Detroit. Meanwhile, the Pistons probably upbeat as Dumars has sent a message that they are to believe they are now a legitimate contender and coming off a 1 point 80-79 loss to the Wolves in Minnesota earlier. I had this game as Detroit by 3 to 4 without Wallace. If he play's, it's possible the offense might be a tad out of sync for awhile but the defense is constant. I wasn't overly impressed with the Wolves play last night. If the Kings don't shoot an uncharacteristic number of bricks and only score 75 points while holding the Wolves to 92, what will the Pistons hold the Wolves to? Just like the situation. Should be all positives for the Pistons and a mentally tired Wolves team tonight. But, that said, they still have to play the game.
As to your question regarding Portland/Golden State, I neither have an opinion or a lean on this game. Curious as to why you might think I would lean to the Warriors.
