gl, but no Rl plays today? :think2:

Jordy:

I really don't like the card tonight and my focus is turning toward football as well. I'll look each day, but I'll likely to have fewer plays during September as the football season gets into full swing. Best of luck tonight.

I hope so! As for the horses, yesterday I lost by a nose. I do like my selection for today. Post time is 9:32 EDT. It will be on TVG. Best of luck with the Marlins and Phillies tonight. I'm hoping the Giants can win behind Zito and the Rockies lose to Arizona tonight. I'll be watching baseball, football and horse racing tonight.

I love baseball!
:):)

I do too. I get very depressed when Bases are over. I do enjoy the grind of the long baseball season. I love april when we start up again. Baseball makes me feel like I am 12 again, listening to the game on my transistor radio.

Many games I just watch for the future. This is one of them. I have no real opinion going into the game, but I watch carefully for any halftime edge based I what I see in the first half.

Yes I do too. But like I said I have never been good at capping College. I enjoy the game. Maybe there are so many games,I should concentrate on 1 or 2 conferences? I know the SEC well and Big East

They were outstanding against the Phillies. Their pitching staff gave up only 3 runs total in 3 games to the defending World Champions on the road but the team lost 2 of 3 (0-1, 4-0, 1-2)

Nice start for the Marlins up 3-0.

Yes! If you like certain conferences, you can become more familiar with them and therefore have more success. I concentrate more on the Power Conferences then the Mid Majors. They are more consistent to anticipate how they play.

Now that the Nats gave away Belliard,he always found a way to screw up my bets. I also forgive Renteria for all the times he screwed me when he played on the Cards, when he hit that granny. It made my week very profitable.

OMT, I know a lot of people here love football season but isn't it worse in that you can only bet a few days a week as opposed to betting every day with baseball?

Yeah, I was constantly moaning to my wife about how bad Renteria is and really liked Vizquel, as did she, and then he surprises with the critical grand slam. You just never know. I really hope they make the playoffs. It's not that I think they can win the whole thing but I really want to see the first round when their opponents have to face that pitching staff in a short series.
