I think WSU could cover the 2nd half if they realize the following:

Incompetence is not a requirement.

and

It's ok not to show signs of rigormortis when the ball is thrown to you.

One reason they haven't moved the ball is that there have been at least 3 passes of over 20 yards where the guy is open, the ball is on their hands, and they drop it. I don't think it's out of the question that WSU can put up a couple of scores. Of course, so can OkSt.
