I have been working out 5 days a week for a month now, trying to lose this weight I put on. I lost about 5 pounds in the first week and havent lost a thing since. I do 40 minutes of cardio (30 jogging and 10 incline walk at the end) and lift for another 30. Also I have been on the atkins diet the entire time (off now) and may be the only person to not get results from it. I have gained some size and strength plus my cardio is up but cant get the scale down. Anyone have suggestions on a perfect diet and workout plan for losing lbs fast? My dedication is not the problem as I trying hard. Thanks for any advise.

It sounds like you are adding muscle-which is replacing the excess fat, and it weighs more than fat.

Overrall body weight doesn't really matter-unless you have a UFC match.

im telling you whale I did ALL of that as far as the diet goes. I actually had to start taking fiber pills just to go the bathroom (TMI I know). Where can I get some ephedrine online? I searched but dont like what I saw.
The Falls I dont man I figure I would have dropped some lbs with my calorie intake cut like that but who knows.

The drug is specifically a selective beta-2 sympathomimetic, primarily affecting only one of the three subsets of beta-receptors. Of particular interest is the fact that Clenbuterol has little beta-i stimulating activity. Since beta-i receptors are closely tied to the cardiac effects of adrenoceptors, this allows to reduce reversible airway obstruction (and effect of beta-2 stimulation) with much less cardiovascular side effects compared to non-selective beta agonists. Clinical studies with Clenbuterol show it is extremely effective as a bronchodilator, with a low level of user complaints and high patient compliance Clenbuterol also exhibits an extremely long half-life in the body, which is measured to be approximately 34 hours long. This makes steady blood levels easy to achieve, requiring only a single or twice daily dosing schedule at most. This of course makes it much easier for the patient to use, and may tie into its high compliance rate. To spite that Clenbuterol is available in a wide number of other countries however; Clenbuterol has never been approved for use in the United States. The fact that there are a number of similar to Clenbuterol, effective asthma medications already available in this country may have something to do with this, as a prospective drug firm would likely not find it a profitable enough product to warrant undergoing the expense of the FDA approval process. Regardless, foreign Clenbuterol preparations are widely available on the U.S. black market.

This is the truth. Numbers on a scale are worthless for the most part.

Another misconception is cardio as the best way for losing weight. From what I gather, cardio is good for stamina and conditioning, but it's not the most effective means by which to reduce weight. You burn a lot of calories during cardio and in turn your appetite increases to replace those calories. I am not saying don't do cardio, I would suggest cutting back to two or three times a week. You get more bang for your buck lifting weights. And by lifting I don't neccessarily mean increasing muscle size. You can increase muscle without the bulk (aka toning).
Muscle burns calories 24 hours a day. That's the ticket.

On a sidenote. Not that I think you have this problem, but I'll never forget something I saw on tv. I forget the show, but the concept was to show and compare several people who were trying to lose weight. Each person was provided a personal trainer and a dietician. One woman was trying to lose about 20 lbs. She was young and fairly attractive. She was also very dedicated to losing weight. She stuck to the diet and ate only healthy untasty foods for several weeks. At the same time she was also killing at the gym. You could see she was putting in major effort. She couldn't lose that last 20 lbs no matter what she did. She had also had her stomache stapled about 2 years prior. As a last resort, the personal trainer told her to see a Dr. The next day she was diagnosed with a thyroid condition. Her surgery several years before was a total waste. All her dieting and working out was in vain. She took some meds and started seeing results to Tom Cruise's dismay.

I hope I dont have some kind of problem, that would suck. Im not too heavy just want to drop some of the access I have put on through the years. I think my metabolism is shot to be honest. Its not burning all day like it should. I will take your advise on cardio, I have been jogging a ton and have not seen results, although i have noticed size and definition from lifting. I think I just really need a good diet so as to get my metabolism back on track. I havent ate normal in years.

if you're working out, atkins diet is not the way to go. good thing you're off of it. the induction phase, which is a period of severe caloric restriction, really sets off the weight loss in that dieting program. however, caloric restriction also lowers your metabolism and increases its efficiency at storing calories because you're starving your body. so yes in a way, atkins killed your metabolism.
because you're working out, your muscles need energy. carbs are converted into glycogen (energy for your muscles). as long as you can maintain a greater energy expenditure than intake, you should see results. you may not see weight loss now, but don't get discouraged. keep working out. the more you do, the better the benefits. see the fatman's walkin thread for motivation. i think it's a great journal that he kept. keep up the good work. exercising consistently is a great accomplishment. don't let the scale put you down

you probably havent lost a pound since the first 5 because your body adjusted to your routine and no longer needs to work as hard. what you might want to do is switch it up.. google HIIT. im not sure what you're goals are in terms of muscle but since you are lifting im gonna assume you're trying to gain muscle, and lose fat with the cardio. the problem i see is that, imo, all that jogging is negating your muscle building.

as far as diet pills.. HOTROX EXTREME
