as for that long list i posted earlier in this thread i since got banned by nine.com but got the money pretty quickly and am now just waiting on 5dimes, cascade, wagerweb and trojan after nearly three weeks. In 5 dimes, defense there was a problem with my address aparently not being correct on their end. The package got to Omaha quickly but was returned. Still have not got the rereturn on it yet. I thought things would be a lot worse than this quite honestly.

Well, I finally got my payment from BODOG that I requested on Jan 28th. better late than never I guess, especially since im stuck with a netteller withdraw as well.

Did you get it via EFT to your account? I requested a paper check in late Jan. and now they cancelled that and are sending it EFT.

yup - the bodog one was eft - I was kind of surprised it actually came that whay since you cant deposit eft but was just glad to be paid after over two weeks.

Requested check 1/29. Funds were taken from my account 1/30. Have not received the check yet. Checked with CS today on live chat and was told ask again Monday.

Update received my check from DSI yesterday 2/14. Took about 2 weeks to get the check once the funds were taken from my balance

the email and livechat need to be improved though , customer service is almost non-existant

I see a lot of people getting fedexed checks from various books. Has anybody had any resistance from their banks in cashing them or accepting them? I got one and at one bank they would not take it all and at the other they have put it on a 2 week hold(still pending). I have dealt with both banks for years and no similar problems before. Check was from a off-shore bank but payable through as large American one listed on the check as well.

Mar.1............Call Pinny (011#) no longer accepting phone calls..

I decided to pull back funds at most of the sportsbooks I play at after the superbowl. all requests for payouts were made on 2/5. Here is where I stand today:

9 out of the 10 received so far as of 3/1. only waiting on bodog...but I did just receive a usps tracking number, so I expect their check within a few days. One poster asked about WSEX - WSEX took about 3 weeks from date of withdrawal to check in hand.

I requested a payout on 2/01/07 from pinnaclesports.com for the amount of $xxxx.xx and received an e-mail notification that it would be processed in fourteen days. I have yet to receive my money.

Can you please tell me why the delay and when can I expect my funds?

My reply from Pinny on March 1, 2007, today:

Dear Sir,

Please be advised that due to the large volume of Check withdrawal requests as we exit or US clients, our Bank has advised us that Cheks cannot be processed in their normal time-frame.

For this reason we cannot provide you with an exact date for when your check will be sent out.

Please be advised that we have forwarded your email to our Accounting Department requesting an update on the status of your check withdrawal.

As soon as we receive further notification, we will advise your accordingly.
