I e-mailed Pinny yesterday on 2-28-07 and wrote:
Dear Sir/Madam.
I requested a payout on 2/01/07 from pinnaclesports.com for the amount of $xxxx.xx and received an e-mail notification that it would be processed in fourteen days. I have yet to receive my money.
Can you please tell me why the delay and when can I expect my funds?

My reply from Pinny on March 1, 2007, today:
Dear Sir,
Please be advised that due to the large volume of Check withdrawal requests as we exit or US clients, our Bank has advised us that Cheks cannot be processed in their normal time-frame.
For this reason we cannot provide you with an exact date for when your check will be sent out.
Please be advised that we have forwarded your email to our Accounting Department requesting an update on the status of your check withdrawal.
As soon as we receive further notification, we will advise your accordingly.
