Does it get better then this,all i do is load my winnings on my card and walk too a atm and withdrawl my money,how good is that. I can also buy things like a dinner at a resturant in New York and use it like a credit card. Should i give up my american bank accout and treat this like a bank account/checking account. Is this card really that good does anybody have any experience using this debit card,I think the idea is great i hope it works as good as it sounds.

its like 5 bucks by the time you pay the fee for moving money onto the card, then get charged by the ATM+Neteller for making a transaction.
And god forbid you don't use the card for 30 days, thats another 5 bucks (Dormancy Fee)
Unless people feel that this is a way to avoid the income being noted by the IRS, then I can't see a reason to use it that often. How many New York restaurants take "Star/Pulse" cards anyhow?

Well the ATM creates a permanent record tied to your card number. The Feds can get the number if they suspect you of "money laundering" which I imagine is the major risk for gamblers down there.
BTW I agree that patient types can do EFT to bank at no charge.

Mos eyesly, EFT works by them electonically tranferring funds from your bank or to your bank from your neteller account....usually withing 3 days you its in your bank account if you ask for a withdrawal

What Makes NO SENSE is: If Bank of America does not allow their Credit card to make deposits at Neteller--how is it that Bank of America allows us to use our checking accounts. (They either KNOW what Neteller is used for or they DON'T).
