That's a dick and it USED to belong to Rasputin (some ancient Russian guy, I think). Don't get the wrong idea about me; I only know because I saw a picture of that on yahoo.com in the photos section. That picture was taken at some Russian museum of erotica, why can't they exhibit Pamela Anderson?
