Without a doubt he was guilty of kidnapping and robbery charges at Palace Station here in Vegas.

Welcome to the Rx.

My favorite part of that is how his rag-tag crew that he assembled saw the Pete Rose and Joe Montana stuff and said "Ehh, let's take that too"

Obvious guilty. A murderer that should have been put to death.

If you watch the 30 for 30, he seems like he took the civil suit like it was complete BS. He was laughing when they were cross examining him.

Obviously he knew he wasn't paying out shit either way and already won the case that mattered.

EnFuego, you are incorrect also. He was held liable in civil court. Liable IS NOT the same thing as guilty.
Would you agree that our system didn't find him innocent, but not guilty?

No. Our LAW is Innocent until proven guilty and since he wasn't found guilty, makes him innocent by definition. (of course I think the guy did it, but that is not what we are arguing here) Civil court is way different, you do not have to prove beyond shadow of a doubt.
