If North Carolina defeats Clemson today the Buckeyes will be in the playoff. I said the same about TCU last year before the final week of the season and although they were screwed by the committee, they demolished highly ranked Mississippi in their bowl game. If Ohio State doesn't make the playoff they will be my first wager in whatever bowl they play.
big difference b/w the two IMHO. TCU were not full of guys looking ahead to the pros and truly thought they got screwed. OSU know they screwed themselves by losing at home to 2nd/3rd string QB and won't have the type of focus TCU did. Zeke and Jones were already talking NFL....
also depends on opponent ...someone like ND could focus them but they might sleepwalk through a game vs Houston or UNC or Okie State

IDK if they deserve to get in or not if someone goes down today. But I can say if they get in, I'd like their chances to win the whole thing.
If they don't get in, Idk what to think about their bowl match up( either rose or Fiesta). It will be see interesting to see if the team is up for it. Bowl games have always been a different animal for me.
