Thought that was waaaayyyy too low.....and low and behold it is now -10

Still think Ohio St beats them by at least 2 TD's......

OSU has payback on the brain from last year.....plus Beanie finally looks healthy and Pryor is getting freakishly better with every snap he takes....

Competent in what way? Inconsistent yes, but losing to Western Michigan is not what I call making a believer out people.

They won in Columbus last year and have outgained Big Ten foes by over 100 ypg on the season! This is the last team that you should be giving 10 points on their home field.

The only thing winning in Columbus does last year, if give Ohio St more fuel for their fire. Illinois has had 1 moderatley impressive win (home vs Iowa) but losing at home to Minnesota is just not good.

Tressel may have cringed in the final moments vs N'Western because he didn't want to run the score up, but he will have no issue with doing the same against Zooker and Rich-Rod if the opportunity presents itself.

Should be fun to watch at least.

Also, the line last week was Ohio State -10.5 over NW, nearly identical to this week's line. But Illinois is a much better and more athletic team than NW is, so you are picking up a ton of value from last week's results here. I have Illinois rated ten points higher than NW in my poll. I think this line is utterly ridiculous.

Yeah something like that. As long as he keeps brining in top recruits, i don't see them dumping him. The team is still very young.

Illinois is a shell of the team it was last year...Juice has been highly erratic...If he plays his best game of the year they'll compete but i doubt he will...OSU is picking up steam...like OSU by 17.....

Ohio St. was fortunate to play a N'Western skeleton crew last week.
If Ill. comes out and dumps Pryor on his shoulder every play in the first series and sets a physical tone with this kid, they will own the Bucks offense.
Amazing how scared teams play against tOSU. Juice should pull out last years game film and realize it's the same team.

I expect an outright W for ILL. Saturday.

Illinois will be ready in this one they almsot beat them 2 years ago and they did last year.i don't care what they did this past weekend they will be up to play OSU 10 pts is way to much as i expect illoinois to win outright.

I think there is very good value on Illinois this week. My numbers actually have Ill. favored by a point in this game. Ohio State's big win over a crippled Northwestern team and Illinois loss to WMU is giving us some value this week with the line.
