I find it hard to believe that the man claims he flew to Vegas to place all the bets. A more likely scenario is that he played with a local or off-shore. But good move telling the cops he went to Vegas.

Secondly, how in god's name could anyone pay a tout 40,000 dollars for a sheet of losers.
