fellas, what is your take on books pulling back bonuses upon a cashout request?

is it really that big of a deal? lets say i lose a $200 bonus after I take some money out of a book after winning. If the bonus increased my betting power and i was able to make more money I don't feel I should be mad if my bonus is pulled.

what do you gentlemen think?

Don't really understand your scenario but still can answer your question.

If the book advertised the bonus and you took them up on the offer, it doesn't matter if you lost $5000 of your deposit or you hit a streak and won $23000. That bonus is your money as long as you followed the rules and terms associated with the bonus offer.

It would unethical for the book to renig on their offer just because you wanted to cashout. That is what rollevers are for in the first place, to make sure you don't just take a bonus and then cashout. After you complete your rollover it's not a bonus anymore, it is your money.

thats true ladeda. what if the book says the bonus is only a playing bonus and no matter how many times you roll it over it expires on the next cashout? would you be bothered by that?

i'm not complaining fellas. i just wanted your opinions.

I belive some bonus whores bitch about the bonus getting taken away because they have already worked the bonus cash into their bankroll and start spreading some extra cash and overextending themselves, thus they get desperate and go on a rant when their accounts are froze and/or stripped of the bonus cash.

A bonus is a bonus, and rules are rules. READ THE FINE PRINTUsing a books cash to "up" your wager can get you more return on a wager. Say $550 turns into $605 on a side with the books added 10% bonus. Your return of $1155 instead of $1050, the book takes back the $55 bonus for an early cahout and you reap an extra $45 or steak dinner, or box of beer, or rub and tug..... Just an example of how bonus hunting can work to your advantage, but alas WE STILL HAVE TO WIN THE SIDE!!

BZ,
I would irritate me because of the simple fact that the book must be run by dumbasses. I have no problemo with bonuses for losers only ...

but call the thing a "Net loss rebate" (like WorldSportCenter, amongst others, does) and cut that confussion from the start.

I don't care what a book offers - just make it straightforward because I don't really want to need legal team skills/time to decipher the fuking rules.

bz, I don't have a problem with the bonus being taken away as long as they note that before you deposit. Carib has this type of bonus. As long as the player knows in advance they can decide if they want to play or not.

Are you talking about a matchplay?
Or are you saying that you rolled over the bonus, but the book had a 30 day hold period and you cashed out before that?
