From the Greek, 5Dimes and Bookmaker, I use the Fedex option which costs but I receive it right to my door inside of 3 business days

All of the above listed book are good, betjam, bookermaker, etc. Know some that like the greek and 5 dimes.

Been using BetPhoenix over the last month, good customer service, timely payments, nice offering of half time lines, etc. They just loaded new software that easy to use and seems to be working now that they worked out a few conversion issues.

carib is excellent. one of the first to post totals and can catch some off numbers
