My time in dispute was 741p EST on the CHI/MIA

I wish I could just prove myself.

Hmm 7:41 might be just a breath too late. I usually see 7:40 as the ultimate cut off time as I've made tons of bets on the dime at 7:40.

If you don't mind me asking, what book did you play it at? I assume you won the bet & they said it was past post?

It was SIA.

I'm not going to kill myself over this, but if I can prove to them that I made the wager before tip, they said they'll take another look.

Knowing them, if I had a league official send them a fax on NBA letterhead stating the game started at 742pm, they probably still wont pay. It was worth a shot though.

Doc - I'm pretty sure EGD has, I know I have searched all my scores and results sites along with any NBA info sites, and there is just no mention of off times. I know at Pinnacle they will normally keep a 7:35 start up until 7:40 but not much later. good luck.

Thanks for everyone's effort with this.

Considering who I'm dealing with, I have no shot.

Why not check with Pinny? They probably have it. The official stat keeper for the team would as well. Give them a call tomorrow.

Don't give up. Never give up.

You can also see the end of game time in the log (the time across from the FIRST red "final" at the end of the 4th qtr log):

FINAL MIAMI 105 Chicago 96 03/29 22:03:20 ET

then subtract the box score time 2:21, which gives 19:42:20, these things are approximate but they aren't going to be off by a significant amount. It's further proof of the start time being at least 7:42.
